Closing on my first condo in Elizabeth, New Jersey, was far from easy. There were multiple times I thought the deal might fall apart, but Marilyn Rey guided me through every single obstacle. Throughout the entire process, Marilyn never pressured me. Instead, she took the time to explain my options, walk me through the pros and cons, and help me make informed decisions. When things became stressful, she put everything into perspective and kept us moving forward. What impressed me most was her problem-solving ability. When my FHA financing became complicated, she worked seamlessly with my lender. When the property didn't appraise, she renegotiated. When condo requirements demanded additional funds, she fought hard to secure credits and concessions that ultimately made the purchase possible. Working with Marilyn Rey to rent out our property in Jersey City was an excellent experience. Not only that, but she was able to secure a rental price that was higher than what we were originally expecting, which was a huge plus. The entire process was very smooth and easy. Marilyn handled everything from start to finish—marketing the property, managing leads, preparing all the paperwork and disclosures, and even coordinating the Section 8 process.
